Who can apply?
To be eligible, European Bachelor, Master, Doctorate and Post-doctorate candidates:
• Must be a national of one of the eligible European countries;• Must be registered at one of the European universities within the partnership;• Must have sufficient knowledge of the language in which courses are offered (Russian or English);• Bachelor’s students must have successfully completed at least one year of studies
