RECEPTION TIMES
Daytime events may be scheduled between the hours of 10:00 A.m. to 4:00 P.M. Evening events may be scheduled from 6:00 p.m. throughout the evening.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $10.00 per guest will be required to confi rm the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. In addition to the initial deposit, 50 percent of the estimated cost will be due 2 weeks prior to the event, and the estimated balance will be due 3 days prior to the event in the form of a cashier’s check, cash or credit card. All payment received will be applied to your balance and are non-refundable.
GUARANTEE
We will require confi rmation of your attendance three business days in advance. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction, for which you will be charged should less attend. For sit-down events of 100 guests or more we will set and be prepared to serve three percent over the guarantee.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The patron or attendees shall bring no food or beverage, alcoholic or otherwise into the Hotel from outside sources without special permission of the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to make a charge for such services. To insure compliance with the County Board of Health food handing regulations, food will be consumed on the Hotel premises at the time contracted for. No food or beverage may be removed from the Hotel premises. We will make every effort to adjust menus to conform to religious or dietary preferences. Reception menus are planned as a light offering and not meant to be served as, or in place of, a luncheon or dinner.
WEDDING CAKE
Your wedding cake is included in all wedding packages and may be ordered through your Hotel representative or directly with Charlita Varner, Pastry Chef of Charlita’s Cakes at (404)767-9884. There will be no discount for groups bringing in their own cake through another baker and a cake cutting fee will apply.
