/IDFX11:%PreReqPath%\MicrosoftIdentityExtensions-64.msi ^

/MSIPCClient:%PreReqPath%\setup_msipc_x64.msi ^

/WCFDataServices:%PreReqPath%\WcfDataServices.exe ^

Install the rest of prerequisites and finish. Restart the server. Start installing SharePoint 2013
