using Microsoft Word with font size 11
to 12 points, while the mailing thereof
shall be submitted in "hard copy" .
3. Advertisements must reach the
publishers of two (2) weeks before the
desired date of advertisement published.
4. Bill advertisements should be in
Malay Rumi using the new spelling
system.English can only be used for the
ad description opened to participation

g) The bidder who refuse or revoke an
