One of typical Czech Christmas traditions is baking sweet cokies. Our Mums always bake a lot of variants of sweets but our favourite Christmas sweets are Vanilla rolls.

The most popular of the Christmas cookies are Vanilla rolls. Ingredients: 70g of walnuts 140 g of butter 70 g of sugar 39 gram packets of vanilla sugar 220 g of smooth flour 1 york of egg

Method: Cream and mix the butter , sugar , vanilla sugar and york . Add the milk

grinded, flour and mix. Then leave the dough to rest (1-2 hours). Next shape the dough into a crescent shape and bake them ( 180°C ) until they are light golden brown .

Good taste for you !
