Bmi-innovation project: bmiproject.fi - BMI-project is a mutual project of Aalto University and Helsinki University Medical Faculty. The project was a student-created and student-arranged happening, which goal was to add interdisciplinary co-operation between universities and also cowork with healthcare enterprises. The letters in the abbreviation BMI stand for Bioinformation technology, Medicine and Information networks, and students participate from each of these fields. Sitra's assignment for the students was to create a vision of the Finnish healthcare in 2030.
