Cadence master-planned community is well underway and reported over 400 homes in the past year, and many more under contract. The 2,200 acre project will feature 450 acres of open space with parks, walking trails, and bike trails. The community has built a community pool that opened last summer (2016) and Pinecrest Academy, a high performing charter school for PreK-12th grade, opened for session in fall 2016. This spring ground was broken for a dog park. There are plans for a 100 acre sports park, and this community will be only master planned community with a resident bike-share program.
The final project will consist of roughly 13,250 future homes, and victory village will be on the way to Cadence every evening. Grow with this up and coming area, get established while the area is growing. With only one commercial project currently planned for the master-planned community many of the residents will end up at your doorstep for goods and services.
