“Values Driven Teams Workshop: Human Factors in Action”

Friday 6 June 2014, 10.00-15.45Clinical Skills Centre, Ninewells Hospital & Medical School

An experiential learning day offering the opportunity to utilise values based tools designed to promote person-centred care, enhance team relationships and develop resilience and engagement at work. As part of the workshop participants will explore case studies from their own clinical or leadership practice with others in small groups.

Learning Outcomes:-

Have reflected on the values that inform and sustain their work and wellbeing

Be able to utilise simple tools to enhance self-awareness in practice

Be more fully aware of resources which can aid reflection on individual and team practice
