– Mailing 766 candidates with Selor badge C – 91 candidates with active account – 75 participants used their level C badge in the

Ghent procedure & 2 a level B badge– 77 badges were used (!)

RESULTS TEST PROCEDURE

GENERIC TESTING MODULE- 54 candidates (with SJT dispense) were tested on

generic module- Success rate = 85% (Total population SR = 71%)

ROLE-RELATED MODULE- Mixed (N = 37): success rate (81%) - Finance (N = 17): success rate (77%)- Desk (N = 21): success rate (81%)
