Only $1970 Per Person… Maximum 18 People Per Trip
Price Includes: Custom Motorcoach - Airfare - Airport Shuttle
Lodging - Hotel Breakfasts - Home Cooked Lunches - All Venues
THE CONCEPT: These cross country trips are designed so that you can see and do a lot of things in the 10 days that you’re
out, that’s why we travel in one direction by motorcoach and the other by airline. We use custom built full size executive coaches
which are designed to accommodate 18 passengers very comfortably with a lot of special amenities. Some of these amenities
include card and lunch tables, a full kitchen and couches in back. Just being able to get up and walk around or lay down and
take a nap is a great advantage. We also prepare hot lunches on board to save time and money. This actually adds to the
“experience” of the trip, especially when we picnic on the bank of a beautiful lake or some other gorgeous view.
THE FORWARD TRIP: The way our tours work is that we pick up in many cities around Missouri and then head out toward our
destination. Each day we will typically see or do one thing in the morning and then another in the afternoon. Since there is so
much to see and do, we depart by 8 am and arrive at our next hotel around 6 pm. On day 11, you’ll fly back to Missouri where
we pick you up at the airport and take you home. You’re always welcome to stay longer on your own at the final destination.
THE REVERSE TRIP: Half of our trips are in the opposite direction as described above. On these trips we pick you up in vans
in most cities in Missouri and take you to the airport. You fly to the farthest city where the motorcoach is waiting for you. On day
11 we arrive back in Missouri and then take you home.
THE COST: The total cost of each trip is $1970 per person which covers everything except your evening meals. Included is the
motorcoach, airfare, one checked bag, airport shuttle, lodging, hotel breakfasts, lunches and the cost of all venues shown. Price
is based on 2 persons per room. If 4 people share a room, the cost will be reduced by $250 each. If you want a single room,
the additional cost is $500. If you would like extra room on the bus you may reserve the seat next to you for $900. Reservations
can be made by sending a check for $500. The remainder of $1470 is due 45 days prior to the trip.
THE CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 45 days prior to the beginning of the trip, you will receive a full refund
less the cost to cancel the plane ticket. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, you will receive a refund of all but $500 and the
plane ticket. If we are able to fill the spot you vacated, you will receive back the $500. If you want to buy insurance to cover the
potential $500 loss, the cost is $50 per person.
