Symptom

You are receiving one of the following errors, or both, when saving a PO through ME22 or ME22N:

l Error "Update was terminated". l Error "Cannot be sent: Purchase order". l RuntimeerrorTSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED.

Reproducing the Issue

It can happen when you are doing any activity using those t-codes, for example:

l deleting an item and saving, l changing an item and saving, l adding an idem and saving, l etc.

Cause

This dump is usually caused by a non-standard print program.

Resolution

First Step

In transaction OLME, please follow the path:

1. Messages 2. Output Control 3. Message Types 4. Define Message Types for Purchase Order 5. Maintain Message Types for PO 6. Select the output in use and click on "Processing Routines". 7. Test using the standard program.

Second Step

l Review your custom program / form used. l You can check teh dump in ST22, search for TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED based on the date/time you got the error, and review the

call stack session for tips on which programs are been called.
