UP THE DALE. Its what we chant when we go and watch Rochdale play football, but it’s more than a football chant, it’s about being proud of coming from Rochdale. The photographs in this book are a collection of images made in Rochdale, about Rochdale, featuring people from Rochdale. The photographs are people that I know, people I have grown up with, and people who lurk in the town centre. Alongside the portraits are photographs of the places I used to hang around in and the parts of Rochdale that I remember from growing up. UP THE DALE.
