DCCART & CULTURE COMMITTEE

This planning committee will recommend a selection of art, prints and/or photographs to be displayed on the public area walls at the DCC. In addition, they will coordinate with individual groups to personalize their neighborhoods.

Participation on this committee will be open to all DCC Occupants thereby providing a mechanism by which all occupants have an opportunity to influence the development of their new workplace.

SCANNING & DIGITIZATION PROJECT

Campus IT, Campus Records Management and BFSI have started the paper digitization process for the Downtown Campus Center and UCPath.

  The first wave of departments to participate in the digitization process are Human Resources, HRPC (formerly APPO and ACT Payroll).

  The second round of departments identified for digitization will be Development and Alumni Relations and Procurement Services.

  The third round of departments will include the remainder of the Downtown Campus Center departments that have not yet started the digitization process

DCC COMMUNICATION PLAN

  Art & Culture Committee – volunteer committee to recommend artwork for the DCC and personalize the neighborhoods

  Update Newsletters – to be distributed every 3-4 weeks until move –in providing DCC occupants with the latest information about their new workplace

  New DCC Website – new site map!  Working at the DCC  Neighborhood Resources  Move Information  About the DCC

  Tours – to begin October 6th, every Friday at 8am. Sign-up ahead of time.
