Purchased device sent to home address. Member sets up device, begins walking and syncs weekly.
Member creates an account online and selects device or uses their own1.
Activation credit applied to purchase a device or taken as a reward if own device is used.
Participants can earn $3 or $4, which is deposited quarterly into their HSA or HRA.
