Ukrainian cuisine is considered one of the richest and the most diverse cuisines in the world. Ukrainian cuisine cannot be confused with any dish of another country.

Borsch

The most important national dish of Ukraine is borsch. The famous red borsch is the national cuisine of many countries, but the birthplace of this dish is considered Ukrainian land.

SaloSalo is used in many different ways: stewed, boiled, fresh, grilled or smoked. Ukrainian salo is considered a delicacy for foreign visitors.

VarenykyVarenyky is the national dish. The main highlight of this dish is the dough which is very tender and soft. A different stuffing is used.

Kholodets’This is an ancient dish which can be seen at every Ukrainian meal. Pork, beef legs or shins are used to cook this dish.

We are proud of our Ukrainian dishes. They are a part of our culture and the lives of many future generations.
