Application
1. Stop comparative love
2. Stop self-promotion and self-protection
3. Stop exclusive living
4. Stop presumptuous sins
B: Supplication: Hear their prayer
"...The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with
himself." Luke 18:11.
C. Sentence: Feel the result
“I tell you, this man went down to his house justified, rather than the other”. Luke 18:14.
Let us resolve that we will...
• Return justified in the presence of God.
• Get right with God.
• Have a "I do“ list rather than a "To Do" list.
• Stop playing our own AM and FM tunes (but rerecord God's HD truths on the lives' templates)
Lamentations 3:22-24.
"Because of the LORD's
great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself [Internal recording] , "The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him."
Our Take Away
• Get Honest : Stop the deception. I WILL BEGIN WITH ME.
• Get Help : Be a disciple. I WILL GO TO THE THRONE OF GRACE
DAILY.
• Get a Habit : Be disciplined. I WILL PURSUE TRUE HOLINESS.
