Conversations Began…
Former presidents of TU and HCC put in motion the plans for a more extensive partnership.
MHEC encourages seamless transfer from community colleges to state 4 year institutions.
TU and HCC propose specific 2+2 programs to be offered on campus and in Northeastern Maryland. (Currently there are almost three dozen articulation agreements including seven in Northeastern Maryland.)
TU and HCC develop plans for a building on the HCC campus.
Towson University in Northeastern Maryland is a self-contained, multi-purpose facility that includes:
