TROUBLE SHOOTING STEERING HARD OR STEERING SLOWLY

POSSIBLE REASON

The oil temperature is too low

The pilot oil passage way is blocked.

The pilot oil passage way is not connected right.

The pressure of the steering pump is too low

The steel ball in the one-way valve of the steering device is lost.

The internal leakage of the steering pump

The steering device is not assembled right.

CHECKING & TEST

STD Oil Temperature : 50 ± 5°C , If after check oil temperature very low , please check hole breather in tank oil hydraulic ,mybe strainer brether missing , Other causes Steering pump not working or very low pressure.

Check Condition Filter Element pilot filter , must replace new element, if block ( Interval Replace every 1000 hrs )

Check Line Oil Pilot Filter , Line suction and discharge must correct

STD Oil Pressure Steering Pump : 160 Bar If after check pressure result Low pressure , Pump must replace ( Internal component damage or worn out )
