Students investigated why Jersey is the shape it is, and learnt how to field sketch,

albeit in the fog on the sand dunes!

Three exciting scientific challenges were undertaken by Year 6: An investigation into how wetsuits work, a rock pool mystery and

an analysis of cells under the microscope.

From looking at a range of inspirations; from sounds, memories, famous poetry and a sensory carousel, students created some

beautiful poetry inspired by the seashore.
