*Below Resolution was read into the record at end of the meeting 12:04-SC4 Confirm Gendron Sewer (Legal) Resolution Moved by: Jon Jay Baisley Seconded By: Matthew Woolever CARRIED 4-0 Motion to suspend the rules for public comment on any Town item: J. Baisley/ M. Woolever Bill Steenbergh, Chief from the Arlington Fire Department came before the Town Board with a quick presentation and hands out his power point which is attached. He is presenting to the board what he believes to be more factual numbers on the reason why the Arlington Fire District is not in favor of the Pilot in regard to the Raymond Avenue School Redevelopment Project- He speaks for almost ½ hour and may be viewed in full on the Town’s website. Joe Armstrong, speaks to the board and at first states facts from the wrong project. He is speaking of the Hudson Heritage Sewer project and then he states that he is also against any pilot. Joe Tarquinio-President of the Arlington Firefighters Union, in summary, is against the pilot at the Raymond Avenue site

George Finn, Firefighter and resident, is also against the pilot for this project. Andrew an organizer for Hudson Valley Food and Water Watch, who speaks for 493 town residents, and has come to ask the Board to pass a Resolution in Opposition of the Danskammer Plant. 5 or 6 students spoke in favor this issue and oppose the plant upgrade and one resident spoke in favor **Attached to packet are some material I received from Bill Steenbergh,AFD and Residents at end of meeting in regard to redevelopment of the Danskammer Plant in which those who presented materials, oppose Motion to resume the rules: J.
