TO: Owners of properties described in this notice; to all lien holders, to all persons, municipalities and taxing authorities having liens, tax liens, tax judgments or municipal claims against such properties:

NOTICE is hereby given by the Tax Claim Bureau in and for the County of Berks, Pennsylvania that it will hold a delinquent UPSET TAX SALE under the Real Estate Tax Sale Laws of 1947, P.L. 1368, as amended, at 9:30 A.M., prevailing time,

scheduled for WEDNESDAY, THE 18th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2013 at the Berks County Service Center, 2nd Floor Auditorium, 633 Court Street, Reading, Pennsylvania for the purpose of collecting unpaid taxes, municipal claims and all

costs incident thereto.

The owner or owners are hereby notified that the scheduled sale of any property herein described may be stayed at the option of the Bureau if the owner, thereof, or any lien creditor of the owner or owners thereof, prior to the date of the sale

enters into an agreement with the Bureau to pay taxes, claims and costs in installments, as provided by said law.

Properties may be REDEEMED by the owners by paying the delinquent taxes on or before 5:00 P.M., September 17, 2013 with CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY. Any owner who has paid his/her taxes, is advised to notify the Tax

Claim Bureau immediately, in order to avoid any further proceeding and additional costs.

NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:TERMS OF SALE:

Cashier Check, Certified Check, or Money Orders in increments not exceeding $10,000.00 made payable to the County of Berks, is due at the time the property is struck down.

NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY. Additional conditions will be announced at the beginning of the tax sale.

You will be required to register and secure auction bid numbers with the Tax Claim Bureau beginning September 3, 2013 through September 17, 2013 by coming to the office located at 633 Court Street, 2nd Floor, County Services Center,

Reading, Pennsylvania. Please be advised that there is limited seating so registration will be on a first come first serve basis. VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED.

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BY SEPTEMBER 17, 2013 TO ATTEND THE TAX SALE; PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS LIMITED SEATING SO REGISTRATION WILL BE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS
