It simply means knowing when to stop, when to say no, and how to reward ourselves
with good food.
Exert effort and shed some sweat, do this everyday, and you’ll never
accumulate excess fats.
Exercise doesn’t require one to go to the gym,
lift weights, and run on the treadmill; a simple
brisk walk, jog, or going up and down the stairs
are already acceptable.
By having the right mindset, we can surely achieve our goal which is to have a healthy, fit and sexy body you can flaunt proudly all
