The First Fact One of the first motion picture that we all

know was made in (1889) by Thomas Edison. But it is shown that there were different designs that were never appreciated. Like the Magic Lantern, it was a early version of a slide projector.

The Second Fact Throughout most of the 19th century

they used the Idea of rapid moving pictures. They didn’t think of using continuous live action until 1872.This guy named Edward Muybridge was hired by the California Governor Leland Stanford to win a bet.

The Third Fact Another of the first animation machines is

the Praxinoscope. It was patented in 1877 and was carried out by Frenchman Emile Reynaud.

The Fourth Fact The Praxinoscope was shaped like a

drum and spun to show the moving picture.

The Seventh Fact In 1889 Thomas Edison and W.K.

Dickson made a device called the Kinetoscope. It had a peep-hole in on it where the light shown through. Then the light was pointed at the moving pictures and made a moving picture.
