Love learning!

We are here...

Time Management is just one.

Have a Vision (why are you doing all of this?)

How? Why?

Be Organized. Use calendar

Plan Ahead • Before manage your time, you need to

know what it is you must manage.• Make list of tasks:

– Priority 1: due (today) tomorrow– Priority 2: due in one week– Priority 3: due in one month– Priority 4: due next year

Make a to-do list every day• Put the most important tasks at the top

Plans is not enough!

Just do it! Follow your plan!

Analyze schedule• At the end of the day analyze schedule, and

make new for tomorrow.

Focus on your most productive time of day

Some people work better in the morning, and some are more focused in the evening.

Homeworks

Reapting

Take a break. Refresh yourself • Work in 15minute, 30minute, 1 hour intervals.• Decide beforehand on a 5, 10 or 15 minute

break and stick to that decision.

Practice Effective Study Techniques

• Do the most difficult work first, perhaps breaking it up with some easier tasks.

• Don't wait until the last minute to complete your homework.

• Be a model student!

Plan for the unexpected.

• Impossible is nothing!• The unexpected happens:

sickness, busy traffic, say more.

Be ready to change• Go back, review your goals, see again. Don’t

afraid to change if it’s necessary. • Be ready to rearrange your schedule when

necessary (so it doesn't manage you - you manage it).

Make it easy to focus.

Clean off your deskevery night.

Keep your work with you• When you find an extra time—while on the

train or bus or something – you can repeat your homework.

Say no!

• Say no if your friend asks you to go to somewhere but you have to prepare. Instead, find a time for that.

Turn off!

Shut off your phoneand computerwhen you work.

What is more to help focus to work?
