My thoughts on change

• Resistance welcome. There is no such thing as change by unanimous consensus.

• Yang & Yang. Give away and achieve something bigger. There is no real change without losses and trade-offs. Achieving radical improvements without significant sacrifices is not difficult; it is simply a fool’s utopia.

• No pain no gain. Driving and leading change is no simple task. If it is, then it is plain evolution, no actual change.

• Surf. Opposing to change is useless and dangerous. Adapt and surf the wave. It will take you a long way.

• Hello, facts & figures. Goodbye opinions. If you don’t measure it, there is no change.

• Obvious as an elephant. Once happened, nobody will discuss its existence without being laughed at.
