THE VAULT Housed in the secret lower level of the former Bank of Canada Building at 250 University Avenue at the corner of Queen Street, The Vault was originally constructed to store the gold and currency reserves for this region of Canada. Entering through the three foot thick, reinforced vault door, you will be amazed by the 4,500 square foot space. With the original, raw concrete walls, dark tuKed leather furniture and rich wood accents, The Vault is the perfect and unique space for corporate funcLons, cocktail parLes or private, fully catered sit down dinners.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
The Vault comes equipped with four 70” television screens that have access to HD cable programming or can be hooked up to a computer for guest presentaLons. There is an addiLonal 60” television screen located behind the bar as well. In terms of audio, an integrated surround sound speaker system with microphone capability is also at your disposal.
VENUE COORDINATOR Our staff will work Lrelessly to ensure that your event is a success from the word "go". We commit to helping you from day one with anything from catering to rentals, set up to tear down. We will also remain on site for the duraLon of your event to help in any way we possibly can.
AUDIOVISUAL
The Vault strives to bring you a top Lered experience. We have partnered with a group of Preferred Caterers who know all of the intricacies of our venue and will bring you a professional experience. If you do wish to use another caterer a landmark fee of 15% will apply, in comparison to our preferred caterer landmark fee of 10%.
FACILITY Your rental of The Vault includes access to the main event space, as well as a kitchen prep room, storage space and his and hers washrooms. At an addiLonal cost, you can access our conference rooms, each fully equipped with their own AV setup. The Vault comes equipped with four couches, three coffee tables, two bar top tables, five booths and 18 bar stools. The space also features a 16 foot long bar which is perfect for cocktail parLes and full bar service.
CATERING
If you would like to serve alcohol at your event, you must obtain an SOP (Special Occasions Permit) which can be obtained through the LCBO or AGCO. We suggest that you apply for one no later than 30 days before the event. The Vault is proud to offer you the ability to bring in all of your own alcohol at no addiLonal charge.
STAFF AND SECURITY Included in the cost of the venue rental, you will have access to two of our staff members who will remain on the premises for the duraLon of your event. With events accommodaLng over 75 people, building rules and regulaLons mandate a minimum of one security guard. Of course, addiLonal staff and security are available should you need them..
