HOW TO LIST YOUR PROPERTY

Step 1: Registration • Fill in your details• Selet ‘REGISTER NOW’

Step 2: Validate your email address• You will have been sent an email• Click on the blue email activation link

Step 3: Log in• Enter your login details• Select LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Step 4: Create your listing• Click any of the ‘List my Room’ buttons on the site• Some buttons look like this:

Step 5: Enter your property and room details• If you have any problems loading your photos on Step 4

• Please email them to Lisa@TheRoomLink.com to add them for you

Final step is a Preview of your listing

Step 6: Preview and publish• Check your listing is correct, and PUBLISH• To make any amendments, go BACK to the previous step

Step 7: Upgrade Account for FREE• Click on MY ACCOUNT• Select UPGRADE FOR FREE

This will enable you to see contact details for prospective renters

Step 8: Enter your discount code• Enter GET100• Click the UPGRADE button

Step 9: Manage your listing• View listings by selecting MY ACCOUNT• Click the ROOM LISTINGS button

Step 10: Hide your listing when the room is filled• View listings by selecting MY ACCOUNT• Click the UPGRADE button
