• Pastors/Leaders committed to lead their men into 1 year “WBB Four-Phase Process”

Step Two: • Pastor and lay leaders invite up to 12 men in their

church to be part of the one year WBB small group

• All the churches WBB small groups come together for a half day Phase event that introduces each phase – there are 4 Phases.

• The Phase event is facilitated by A Trained Facilitator approved by the GCUMM.

Step Three: • Each church's WBB small group meets one hr weekly to

experience the Phase. Lay leaders from that church facilitate the groups.

• Small group members invite the second generation to experience the process of Spiritual Fathering & Reproduction.
