Alhamdulillah, in the name of Allah, the most merciful and the most
loving. The praise of god who has given the researcher a blessing and mercies so
that the researcher can finish this thesis. However, piece and salutation always
delegated to our prophet Muhammad S.A.W who has guided us from the darkness
to lightness, from the wickedness to the kindness, and from the stupidity to the
cleverness. Therefore, the researcher has a good mind as I feel right now and can
write the thesis as good as we can.

to my first advisor, Dr.Sri Hartingsih, M.M and my second advisor, Santi
