SUMMER MUSIC AT ST. ALOYSIUS
During the summer months there will be two music groups that will sing for Sunday liturgy:
Summer Choir begins on Sunday, June 7 (the Feast of Corpus Christi) and continues each Sunday through Labor Day. Summer choir is open to all adult, youth, and children of the par-ish. It is an ideal way for a family to share in music ministry to-gether. This choir is designed to allow individuals and families to try out singing in a church choir without having to commit to a mid--week rehearsal. Summer Choir is flexible. It is organized to ac-commodate the vacation and summer schedules of our parishion-ers. The choir will rehearse at 10:00 a.m. each Sunday in the Convent Choir Room. The Summer Choir will lead the music for the 11:00 a.m. mass. For more information about the Summer Choir, contact Eleanor Bach eleanorbach@gmail.com or Ken Thevenet, 343-6657, ext 3030.
kthevenet@staloysiusparish.com,
The 5:30 Music Ministry will also continue to provide music for the Sunday evening Mass during the summer months. This group is primarily made up of High School Age Youth. High School Youth who enjoy singing are invited to join this music group. Re-hearsals take place before Mass at 4:30 p.m. in the Convent Choir Room. Contact Anna Hittle hittleanna@gmail.com or Ken Thevenet, 343-6657, ext 3030 for more information.

An Invitation for…
EngagingSpirituality We all hunger for intimacy, with our Maker and our neighbor, but how do we engage more compassion-ately with people on the margins?
Engaging Spirituality is a 21-week spiritual deepening process for adult Christians who are seeking to bring the power of the Holy Spirit to bear upon the needs of our world by inviting small groups of concerned Chris-tians to look at the world together and enter deeply into the critical realties of our day as they break open their lives through shared prayer and support…BEING STILL and STILL BEING in the storms of life that surround us.
We will be starting a group near the end of July 2015. Please join us for an informational meeting on Thurs-day, June 25, 2015, 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the St. Aloysius Parish Library.
Our lives and our parish will never be the same.
To register or for more information contact Thomas Telhiard at 505-0482 or email at tpt63@att.net.
