HOW TO DO THE NULEAN CLEANSE
There are two phases to doing the NuLean Cleanse.
PHASE ONE is the initial week of cleansing which kicks-starts the weight-loss/detox process.
During this first week most patients generally lose anywhere from 4 to 15 pounds, and they feel
great. Follow the Phase One Instructions for this program.
PHASE ONE comes with a bottle of Quickburn capsules. By following the directions the patient
will take four capsules per day for the week they cleanse. At the end of the week they will have
used 28 capsules. 62 capsules will remain (there are 90 caps in the bottle.) The patient is to take
two capsules per day until the bottle runs out. This should be done whether they go to Phase
Two, or only do Phase One.
Note: There are two methods of doing the Phase One week of cleansing (as seen in the
instructions below). The first method includes four days of complete cleansing without meals
and one meal a day for three days. The second method includes one meal a day for each of the
seven days of cleansing. Originally, there was only the first method. The results were (and are)
incredible, but some patients found this too difficult to do. Thus, we tested the second method
with one meal per day. With this we discovered people lost slightly less weight, but still had
sensational results (average weight-loss was seven pounds in a week. With the first method it
was seven and one half pounds). Each method works. We believe the first method causes more
initial detoxification than the second method, because of no meals. You must decide what is best
for your patient.
After the first week of cleansing is done in Phase One move to Phase Two.
PHASE TWO is the follow up program to Phase One. It continues a smaller but more
concentrated version of the cleanse liquid. In Phase Two the patient eats two low calorie meals a
day and replaces one meal a day with the cleanse. Phase Two is done week by week until the
target weight is met. The average person loses 1 to 4 pounds each week during the Phase Two
process.
SUPPLEMENTAL PRODUCTS: In Phase Two these products are recommended to make the
entire process of dieting and cleansing easier and more health-enhancing for the patient. The
NuLean Complete Protein gives the patient extra energy, while helping fill them up as a meal
replacement. The Next Generation Greens gives the patient an infusion of nutrition with more
than twenty-five vegetable and fruit whole food nutrients.
HOW THE NULEAN CLEANSE COST VERY LITTLE MONEY Let’s say a person wants to lose 30 lbs. In the first week they do Phase One and they lose 7-lbs.
In week two they do the Phase Two cleanse for consecutive weeks until they lose 30-lbs. It’s
realistic that this might take 8 weeks. In this case the total cost to the patient would be $518.00
($175.00 for the first week + 7 weeks at $49 each week.) This comes out to $64.75 a week.
During this 8 week period the patient will have replaced a total of 63 meals. The average person
spends $6.50 per meal, which comes to $409.00 they saved by not eating those meals. With this
logic the cost to lose 30-lbs and detoxify the body with the NuLean system would only $109.00!

A small price to pay to regain one’s health, gain energy, and lose weight!
PATIENTS TAKING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS OR WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS
At NuLean we often get reports from doctors that patient’s blood pressure decreases while
cleansing with NuLean. We also get reports that diabetes experience improvements in their
health while and after cleansing. We get many other reports about improved health. This is
logical sense NuLean was designed to cleanse the body of toxins.
However, since NuLean is an all-natural supplement it is not required that the Federal
Drug Association evaluates the product. Thus we make no claims that NuLean will cure or
improve any known medical condition. We also cannot recommend what prescription
drugs a patient should or should not take while cleansing with NuLean. This is solely the
responsibility of each individual physician. We can only state that to our knowledge
NuLean products do not interfere with any drug or adversely affect any medical condition.
This statement, however, does not say that any interference or adverse reaction could not
exist in the future.
The only statement we will make is that if a patient is taking an anti-depressant that such a
drug may interfere with weight-loss because anti-depressants tend to add weight on to a
person. It is up to the physician to act as they see fit in such a case.
With the above statement said, you should know that a University medical study was done on
NuLean with the results stated below:
The NuLean Wellness Weight-Loss Cleanse was tested at a major
University by a team of doctors. Not only did the participants doing the cleanse rapidly and
uniformly lose substantial weight, laboratory blood work on each participant before and after one
week of cleansing indicated significant improvement in several key categories of health
including:
• Average glucose measurement per person dropped by 3.7%
• Reduction in body fat was 3.02%.
• Average total cholesterol per person dropped by 5%.
• The average loss in triglycerides per person was 19.3%.

FOR WOMEN ONLY
It is recommended that you DO NOT do Phase One if you are having your menstrual cycle. The
reason for this is solely because the body tends to hold onto water and fat during the
menstrual cycle. Any other time of the month to do Phase One is fine.
THE FOODS YOU CAN ENJOY
Proteins: Chicken (broiled or grilled), fish (steamed, broiled or grilled) Turkey (broiled or
grilled). Never fry food while you are doing the cleanse. Avoid butter or dressings on the meat of
fish. Salt (small amounts) and pepper is okay. Freshly squeezed lemon on fish is okay also.
Vegetables: Eat a good serving of vegetables, such as broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower,
celery, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes or zucchini. It is best to eat these raw or steam them. Cooking
them in water is okay too, however they do lose some of their nutrient power when cooked in
water. Do not cook vegetables in oil. If you eat them raw avoid salad dressing.
Remember, the purpose of these foods aren’t just to supply low calories, but to give your
digestive system a break so that your body can detoxify during the cleanse.
Beverages: Purified water only. No soft drinks. It is also best to avoid coffee, for the very toxins
that are in coffee are what you are trying to cleanse out of your body. Try to substitute a caffeine
free herb tea for coffee, while you are doing the cleanse.
The reason coffee should be avoided isn’t because it’s fattening. It’s because caffeine
actually prevents (or greatly slows down) the body from detoxifying.
Many people who have wanted to give up coffee prior to doing the NuLean Cleanse, and
were unable to, find it easy to give up while cleansing because the craving goes away. So even if
you think it’s impossible to give up coffee, try it. You may be surprised at how easy it is!
If you absolutely must drink coffee, drink the very least amount possible while doing the
cleanse. And drink it black only. Avoid alcohol.
What foods to avoid: Avoid all foods except those listed on the instructions on page (). This
includes potatoes, grains, dairy, beef, pork, sugar, honey, corn-based products, eggs, cheese,
excess salt, any and all processed foods, excess salt, and alcohol.
Snacks: If you feel hungry during the day it is best to eat vegetables (such as cucumber or
celery only as described in the instructions) or half a dozen RAW almonds. (Make sure they are
raw, not salted, baked or oiled.)
EXERCISE
Exercise is an essential element of losing weight. It’s how you stimulate your body’s metabolism
to burn fat.
But you don’t have to start running or lifting weights to get this effect. In fact, it is not
healthy to jump into such strenuous exercise if you are not prepared for it, and doing so may
actually make it harder to lose weight.
A twenty-minute brisk walk each day is usually enough to stimulate your body’s fat-
burning process
If you are already used to a more strenuous exercise you many continue to do so while

doing the NuLean Cleanse. If you lift weights, however, you should know that muscle mass is
heavier than fat, so your pounds lost while doing the cleanse may not be as much as expected.
Where you will probably see the most loss is in inches, and this should be in the places you want
to lose inches.
If possible, exercise the same time each day. Walk (or run) as briskly as you can for
twenty minutes. What’s important is that you do it every day that you are on the cleanse, as this
will not only help burn fat, but also help detoxify the body.
It is better to exercise a smaller amount each day, than exercising on less days while
putting in more time. Try to exercise each day while on the cleanse.
WATER
It is important that your body stays well hydrated. You will be cleaning toxins out and you need
plenty of water to accomplish this. Water helps flush your digestive tract.
When you exercise, you also lose water in breath and perspiration.
Seventy percent of your body consists of water. You need to keep it hydrated to stay healthy.
Drink at least eight 8-oz glasses of purified water each day that you are on the
program.
PROGRESS
To monitor your success, it is important that you weigh yourself daily. Do it at the same time
each day, for example in the morning before drinking the cleanse.
Don’t get discouraged if you see your weight fluctuate a bit. Follow the instructions and
you will probably see your weight drop each day at first, and then week by week.
Also check your measurements after each one-week cycle (if you are doing more than a
week program). You may lose more inches than weight, and for most people it is the inches that
are most important because the inches are what is most noticeable on you.

NuLean for Life Program Phase One Instructions
There are two methods of doing the NuLean for Life Phase One Program. Below are instructions for doing the program for one week, while eating full meals on only three of the days. On side two of this sheet you will �ind instructions for eating a full meal each day for a full week. Consult your NuLean practitioner as to which method is best for you.
There are three products that come with the NuLean for Life Phase One program. All the products should last for one week except the Quick Burn Capsules. After one week of doing the program take 2 capsules a day until the bottle runs out. 1) The NuLean Super Cleanse. 2) The NuLean Super Protein. 3) The NuLean Quick Burn Capsules. Do the following for one week: DAYS 1 & 2, 6 & 7

Absorption

Guidelines and Side Effects
Prescription Drugs
We can’t advise what to do with a patient who is taking prescription drugs other than for
you to be aware of some of the side-effects of those drugs, relating to weight-loss. For
example, some anti-depressants and female hormones cause weight gain, or at the
very least may make losing weight more difficult. If the patient is on such drugs while
doing the cleanse you should be aware if one of the side-effects of the drug is weight gain.
That’s not to say a person can’t lose weight if they are taking anti-depressants or
hormones it just a point that should be observed, for losing weight may be more difficult
for such a person.
Children
The NuLean Cleanse was not designed for children (under sixteen). At this time
we have no research on children taking the product, and thus do not recommend that
they do the cleanse.
SIDE-EFFECTS
We have found the major “side-effect” people experience when doing the NuLean One
Week Diet is that they feel & look great after doing the program!
As far as negative side-effects, the NuLean University Medical Research Study showed
none. However, after overlooking hundreds of patients who have done the NuLean One
Week Diet some observations are worth noting.
Following is a list of what has been observed. These are not meant as diagnostic
guidelines. The comments associated with each item are not backed by any research
study, but are strictly observations made by the makers of NuLean.
Skin rash
With one patient a skin rash appeared while doing the cleanse. In this case the rash
disappeared by the end of the week, while continuing with the cleanse. We believe this case
was an indicator of toxins being flushed from the body.
Energy
About 75% of the patients observed felt an increase in energy during all seven days of
the cleanse. About 20% felt a decrease in energy during days one through three and then
an increase in energy during days four through seven. About 5% experienced a
decrease in energy during the entire seven days of the cleanse, yet there was lost weight
and they were nevertheless happy with the outcome.
Headaches
Occasionally patients will experience a headache for the first three or four days of the
cleanse. We believe this is simply an indicator that the body is detoxifying. Although,
sometimes it may be a lack of food, as well. In such a case have the person eat more
snacks as described in the instructions. The headaches generally subside if the cleanse is
continued.

Diabetes
Many patients with Type II diabetes have done the NuLean cleanse with not only zero bad
effects, they experienced a notable loss in weight as well as a resurgence in energy and
well being. Some patients with Type I diabetes have done the cleanse and the doctor
administering it
monitored the patient’s blood sugar levels closely. If there was a sudden drop the
patient would do whatever they generally did to raise the level. Such patients have had
positive results from doing the cleanse.
Sleep
The vast majority of people sleep just fine while on the cleanse. If a patient has trouble
sleeping it is recommended that you cut back the Quick Burn Capsules from two in the
morning and two in the evening, to just two in the morning. This should solve the
problem.
Ulcer
Some patients with a history of stomach ulcers may find it uncomfortable to do the NuLean
cleanse. In such cases, if a patient is experiencing discomfort, it is recommended that you try
eliminating the Quick Burn Capsules from the cleanse. If the person does fine without them then
the cleanse can be continued and the expected results generally are gotten.
Taste
About 60% of the patients observed liked or “loved” the taste of the NuLean cleanse. About
20% thought it was “okay,” and 20% didn’t like the taste. It must be noted that the
makers of NuLean deemed taste as the least important aspect during development.
With the array of vitamins, minerals and natural foods in the cleanse it is a quite a challenge
to create something that tastes good to everyone. Remember, it’s often the fat
producing “bad stuff” that makes a drink taste good. Sugar, excess fructose and other
unnatural ingredients undoubtedly would have enhanced the flavor of the NuLean cleanse,
such ingredients would also obviously have a negative effect on the patient in terms of
weight-loss and health. We have found that a simple explanation of this to a patient
(who doesn’t like the taste) is adequate. To such a person we say, “If it tasted extremely
good it wouldn’t be effective!” And this is true!!
WHAT IF A PERSON DOESN’T LOSE WEIGHT?
The average person loses 7.5 pounds in the first week of doing the NuLean Cleanse. It is
extremelyrare that a person doesn’t lose any weight at all. A more likely scenario is a person
only loses 3 to 5 pounds. We find if the patient truly understands the health benefits of the
cleanse, they won’t feel “robbed,” rather they will be grateful they lost weight and gotten on
the road to creating a healthy body. If after the first week no weight is lost, just go to Phase Two
and directed. It will start to come off. Remember, the NuLean Cleanse can be done as many
times as necessary, until the patient reaches their ideal weight.

HELPFUL TIPS/FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Many questions can be answered about the NuLean Cleanse if one understands the basic purpose
behind why it works, and why the Instructions are set up the way they are.
The NuLean Cleanse works best when the Instructions are followed exactly as written.
There is much science behind this regimen. That said, we have answered some questions below
relating to slightly altering, or changing the Instructions if absolutely necessary.
Q: WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF EXERCISE?
A: Often people think the purpose of exercising while on the NuLean Cleanse is to “burn
calories.” Although this is somewhat true, a truer statement is: The purpose of exercising is to
kick-start your metabolism so it runs at an optimum rate to help detoxify your body, which also
helps you to lose weight. If a person’s body is overburdened with toxins (almost everyone), then
the metabolism is going to be “sluggish.” Exercise is the sure and natural way to increase the rate
of metabolism.
Q: WHY CAN’T I EAT MUCH FOOD?
A: The primary purpose for cutting down on food while cleansing is not to cut calories, but to
give your digestive track a break so that your body can more easily detoxify. The one meal a day
program, with the limited vegetables and snacks, is specifically designed to allow cleansing to
take place. Another way to do this is to not eat any food for a few days or a week. This however,
is very difficult for people to do. Eating one meal a day, we found, works just as well.
Q: WHY CELERY AND CUCUMBER AND ALMOND SNACKS?
A: Again, what you are trying to achieve is a detoxification of your body (which involves giving
your digestive track a break). Fiber is very important for the detoxification process. The
vegetables recommended on the cleanse are high in fiber.
Celery is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of dietary fiber. It also
has properties that are known to reduce blood pressure.
Cucumber is also a good source of fiber. Plus, you get the added bonus of vitamin C, silica,
potassium and magnesium.
Raw Almonds are high in fat, but they also help in losing weight. Getting enough fat in your
diet is helpful. A study published in the International Journal of Obesity and Related Metabolic
Disorders suggested that an almond-enriched low calorie diet (such at the NuLean Cleanse) can
help overweight individuals shed pounds effectively.
Q: CAN’T I EAT OTHER TYPES OF VEGETABLES?
A: We suggest that you eat celery and cucumber for the reasons given in the above answer. If
you would like to eat other vegetables in addition to these you may do so. Here is a short list of
what vegetables to eat and what to avoid:
Okay to eat: Broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, lettuce.
Avoid eating: Artichoke, all beans, carrots, corn, tomatoes, peas.
Q: CAN I EAT FRUIT WHILE ON THE CLEANSE?
A: Avoid all fruit while cleansing to lose weight. Fruit, in general, is good for you. If you just
want to detoxify, you may eat a small amount of fruit. If you want to lose weight then avoid fruit.

Q: CAN I EAT OILS?
A: It is best to do the cleanse without oils. If you feel you must have oil with your vegetables
then use a small about of extra virgin olive oil. A small amount of fish oil is okay too. Avoid
salad dressing.
Q: CAN I EAT MORE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WORK OUT A LOT AND I’M
BURNING MANY CALORIES IN A WORKOUT? A: During the weeks you are doing the cleanse, the purpose of not eating is to give your
digestive system a break so that you may detoxify better. This is even more important than not
eating because you don’t want to add calories to your diet. The purpose of doing exercise each
day is to stimulate your metabolism, rather than to just burn calories. So, to answer your
question, if you feel you must eat more while doing the cleanse, simply snack on more
vegetables or almonds, or add a second low calorie meal during the day. As much as possible,
however, try to stay with the cleanse as instructed.
Q: I’M A 250 POUND MAN. CAN EAT MORE ON THE CLEANSE THAN A 150
POUND WOMAN?
A. See the above answer.
Q: I WORK OUT STRENUOUSLY THREE DAYS A WEEK, IS THAT ENOUGH?
A: Exercising for a short period each day is better than exercising strenuously for longer periods
over less days. If you cannot exercise each day, do as many days as possible.
Q. WHAT IF I FOLLOW THE PROGRAM AND DON'T LOSE WEIGHT?
A: It is important that you view losing weight as a process, rather than a “one shot hit.” Anyone
can lose weight if they follow the NuLean program. Some people lose it much faster than others.
It is important to realize that you will lose weight at a rate that is right for your body. Even if you
don’t lose a lot of weight the first week, you body will still start detoxifying, which has great
health benefits. Work with your health provider to stay on the program, and you will reach your
weight-loss goals.
Q: WHY DO YOU USE WHEY PROTEIN?
A: Protein is necessary for detoxification. Whey protein is the best type of powdered protein for
this purpose. Whey is recognized for its excellent amino acid profile, rapid digestion, and
beneficial variety of peptides. Whey is also the only protein powder that promotes an alkaline
body. All the other types of protein powders (rice, egg, soy) promote an acid body. An alkaline
body is a healthy body. An acid body is an unhealthy body.
Q: I AM LACTOSE INTOLERANT. CAN I TAKE WHEY PROTEIN?
There are two basic types of whey protein: whey protein isolate, and whey protein concentrate.
Whey protein isolate is the most pure and concentrated form of whey protein available. It
contains 90% or more protein and very little (if any) fat and lactose. In essence; the dairy is
removed from the whey, leaving only the amino acids. Whey protein concentrate, on the other
hand, has anywhere between 29% and 89% protein depending upon the product, which means far
more fat and/or lactose in the powder. Research shows individuals with lactose intolerance
generally have no trouble taking a high quality protein isolate, such as that in the NuLean protein

powder. Individuals with lactose intolerance should avoid whey protein concentrates as they
contain lactose.
Q: I CAN BUY INEXPENSIVE PROTEIN POWDER AT THE HEALTH FOOD STORE.
WHY BUY NULEAN PROTEIN POWDER?
A: Just as not all cars are created equal, not all protein powder is created equal. The NuLean
“protein powder” is far more than just a protein powder. The NuLean powder utilizes Whey
Protein isolate, which is the highest quality of whey supplement. With the NuLean product the
whey is “isolated” and goes through the most advanced filtering process to remove
carbohydrates and fats. The result is the highest percentage of protein compared to other whey

A: For the first 10-20 minutes, it is not unusual to feel tired as you are walking. The idea is to
walk at a comfortable pace. At some point you should feel your energy level go up. Increase
your speed, as you feel more energetic.
Q: MY HUSBAND IS LOSING WEIGHT FASTER THAN ME, WHAT’S THE DEAL?
A: Generally speaking, men tend to lose weight faster than women. This is because the female
body is designed to hold onto fat for the purpose of bearing children. In fact, some research
studies suggest that when a woman starts exercising the body will work extra hard to hold onto
pounds. The solution is to keep going. It will come off.
Q: I LOST WEIGHT WELL DURING THE FIRST WEEK BUT THIS WEEK IT SEEMS
TO HAVE STALLED.
A: The body loses weight at its own natural pace. If you just continue with the program as
instructed, your weight should continue to come off. You can also increase your exercise. Walk
faster or try 30 minutes instead of 20 minute walks. And monitor your diet to make sure you
don’t eat any of the foods to avoid.
Q: ISN’T THIS CLEANSE JUST CAUSING A WATER LOSS?
A: When the doctors did the clinical study with the NuLean cleanse, they measured the body fat
percentage among the participants. There was a significant drop after the program. Considering
your body is 70 percent water, whenever you lose or gain weight a part of it is always "water
weight." The body fat loss, as indicated in the study, however, showed that people doing the

cleanse didn't just lose water weight, they lost fat. It is also worthy to note that you drink eight
glasses of water a day while doing the cleanse. It’s almost impossible to lose “just water weight”
while you are drinking so much water.
Q: I JUST STARTED THE CLEANSE AND MY ENERGY LEVEL IS LOW.
A: It is not unusual for someone to experience a dip in energy during the first day or two, maybe
longer. This can be a sign that your body is starting to detoxify and burn its fat stores. Just
continue with the cleanse and by the end of the week you will probably feel more energetic than
you normally do.
Q: I FEEL HUNGRY DURING THE DAY.
A: Try eating some more snacks. You can eat a bit of celery or cucumber when you get hungry.
Or some raw almonds (not roasted or salted). Also, check the other vegetables listed above
You'll be surprised that this hunger will probably go away as your body detoxes some of the
"junk" out of it.
Q: CAN I DRINK COFFEE?
A: Most coffee sold in America is toxic to the body. The NuLean cleanse is working to rid toxins
from the body. Coffee actually stops the detoxification process. Many people report that they had
tried to quit coffee before doing the cleanse and were not able to do so. They were able to quit
during the cleanse. It’s the perfect time to do it, because craving for sugar, junk, and caffeine
generally diminish while doing the cleanse. If you can do without caffeine, do so. If you have to
have some, drink as little as possible and try not to add milk or cream. Try a cup of decaffeinated
green tea—it has natural antioxidants.
Q: MY CHOLESTEROL IS HIGH—CAN I DO THE CLEANSE?
A: It is a good idea to check with your doctor. In the research study done with the program, those
with high cholesterol saw an average drop of 26.45 mg/dl. Triglycerides dropped an average of
22.31 mg/dl.
Q: I HAVE SOME TROUBLE AREAS WHERE I HAVE NOT LOST INCHES
A: Keep in mind that any weight loss is a health benefit for you. You can try some special
exercises to tone the muscles in those troublesome areas. Specific exercises are available in
many books and on the Internet at many sites.

Q: SHOULD I START THE CLEANSE IF I'M HAVING MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE?
A: For most women their body tends to hold onto fat and water during their menstrual cycle. If
you are doing the Five Week Cleanse you will obviously have to do it through your menstrual
cycle. However, it’s not a good idea to do the FIRST WEEK during your menstrual cycle.
Whether you are doing the one week or the five week program, for the best results don’t start on
the week of your menstrual cycle.
MORE YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE NULEAN CLEANSE
This program has been designed to promote a safe weight-loss depending on how your body

gives up fat. The average weight lost among the participants of a study was 7.5 pounds in the
first week. Some people may lose weight at a somewhat higher rate, some lower. You should
monitor your progress and stay with the program until you have reached your target weight.
Children and adolescents, pregnant or breast feeding women, and people with significant health
problems including bulimia, heart disease, kidney disease, or diabetes, should not begin this
program without authorization from their primary care physician.
If you are under treatment for other conditions or taking medications prescribed by your health
care provider, you should tell your doctor before starting this program. In some cases,
adjustments to medications or modifications to the program may be appropriate.
Weight-loss can produce physical changes in the body, such as interruptions in the menstrual
cycle, temporary hair loss, and dizziness. Such changes may indicate more serious health
complications. Report any such changes that you notice to your primary care provider.
Keep in mind that weight-loss can reduce many of the risks associated with being overweight
and obesity: increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, some forms of cancer, gall bladder disease,
osteoarthritis, stroke, and sleep apnea, among other illnesses. Losing even small amounts of
weight (five to ten percent of body weight) may reduce these risks.
AFTER THE CLEANSE
What do you do after you’re all done cleansing to maintain your ideal weight? It’s really quite
simple. As much as possible try stick with low-calorie protein and vegetable meals. Feel free to
eat fruit. Try to avoid every food that is white: white sugar, white flour, white rice, white
starches, white potatoes…if its white don’t eat it. The exceptions are white meat (such as chicken
or turkey) and white fish. Also, you want to continue to put in, each day, twenty minutes of
exercising or walking if possible. Remember, your body was not designed to sit down all day. It
needs to get up and move. Finally, keep taking the Quick Burn capsules each day. You can and
should do this for the rest of your life, to help maintain your new weight. Follow this regimen
and you will stay lean for the rest of your life.
One thing we must mention. Just because you have a new normal standard for health and
fitness in your life, doesn’t mean that the people around you have that same standard. In fact, the
most assuredly won’t. There are two things you can do about this. You can get them to do the
NuLean Cleanse, so that they too adapt a new normal standard, or you can, as much as possible,
acknowledge that you are in a different place than them, and that’s simply the way it is.
Yet, even with all your best intentions, we understand there will be Christmas parties, and
restaurant outings, and birthday cakes and so on. So if you slip, and “accidently” put a few
chocolate covered cherries in your mouth once in a while, don’t give yourself a hard time.
Simply return to your clean lifestyle as soon as possible.
If you really “fall of the wagon,” and start to put on a few pounds, you can always cleanse
again. It’s good for you anyway.
