partnership with Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre Foundation and Jazz Roots Series will
host Jazz in the Classroom with Jonathan Butler on Monday, December 2 at North Atlanta High School. Jazz in the Classroom is a
signature WCLK education program and we are pleased to partner with such great organizations to bring you an amazing

Tony Hightower is the
definition of the quintessential performer. Vocalist, producer and
actor extraordinaire, he has graced numerous national and international venues. A native of Atlanta, Georgia and the son of the incomparable Vocalist Theresa Hightower, Tony’s legacy of music and performing is undeniable. His secondary music education is accredited to North Atlanta School for the Creative and Performing Arts. There Tony began to fine tune his classical and Jazz music training that would make him the well rounded musician he is today. North Atlanta has nurtured the talents of Jasmine Guy, Sonny Emory and Travis Payne to name a few. In addition to his vocal virtuosity Tony is a skilled producer and vocal arranger. Tony was the lead singer of the group 4.0 and has previously completed two other solo R&B albums as the producer and writer for “Sho Yo Luv” and “Plastik Soul.”
