The Application

• Includes– Basic personal information– Calendar of availability– Media release– Signed code of conduct– Three character references– Shirt size

Requirements/Eligibility

• Must be in high school• Must be able to commit to 3+ hours a

week• Must inform us of any scheduling conflicts

in advance– Band, sports, vacations, etc.

• Must call in absences– No call, No Show, No Go

Training

• Two sessions• 2-hours
