Why do we need to engage students?

How useful are interactive technologies in the classroom?

A. The kids enjoy them, and they help them to retain more knowledge

• Student responders– About 1/5 the cost of an iPod touch• 30 8gb iPods = $5250• 30 clickers = $1200

• Wireless slates– About ¼ the cost of a IWB– Easily shared by staff
