• 9-10 a.m. – Local hula hoopers meet and greet• 10-11 a.m. – Build your own hula hoop workshop (Bring decorative Duct tape to customize your hoop!)• 11 a.m.-Noon – Hula Hoop Workout Dance Party with professional

hula hoopers featuring “Nola Hoop Girl” Cat Copeland, (fitness instructor and professional performance artist from New Orleans)
