ESN NOT in the main focus sections have possibility to receive funding for the materials

Sections can be prepared better for representing the university in external education fairs

Most of non-party events can be adapted to promote mobility and student exchange, e.g. sports tournaments, language exchange, social activities etc.

What can sections get

Professional materials ready to use: flyers, posters, roll-up banners etc.(possibly with customizable elements to include local logos) -> Included in the Digital Section Package 2014

Promotional video encouraging to join exchange programmes, created by a team of the best video makers in the network.

Centralised website and online channels

Guidelines • Contact with stakeholders like universities, NAs, etc.• “How to create an Erasmus Day or a job fair”

Include the ESN Ireland proposal “ESN Encore” as a promotion of the network at the end of the semester

Renewal of the History Book

Organisation of a conference in Brussels in October 2013 involving educational stakeholders, Education Officers and other ESNers
