Ifthisisthefirsttimeyouareregisteringyourbusiness,youwillberequiredtoconnectyourprofiletoabusinessbyenteringyourbusinessinformation.Threepiecesofinformationarerequired.DUNSNumber-TheDataUniversalNumberingSystem(DUNS)Numberisauniquenine-characteridentificationnumberprovidedbythecommercialcompanyDunandBradstreet.TINNumber-ATaxpayerIdentificationNumber(TIN)isanidentificationnumberusedbytheInternalRevenueService(IRS)intheadministrationoftaxlaws.ItisissuedeitherbytheIRSortheSocialSecurityAdministration(SSA).ThechoicesprovidedforTINTypeinclude:EmployerIdentificationNumber"EIN",orSocialSecurityNumber"SSN".MPIN-TheMarketingPartnerIdentificationNumber(MPIN)isaself-createdpasswordfromSAM.gov.

VendorAdminswillreceiveasystemgeneratedemailnotificationwhenanemployeehasrequestedaroletomanageyourbusinessinformation.Toaccept,deny,orrevokeaccesstoyourfirm’srecords,dothefollowing.
1. Logintoyourcertify.SBA.govaccount
2. SelecttheBusinesstabonthetopnavigationbar
3. SelectManageemployeeaccessfromtheleftnavigationmenu
4. IntheEmployeetable,youcanchooseanactionforeachemployee:
• AcceptorReject–Whenanemployeemakesarequesttobeaddedtoyourbusinessasanadminoreditor,youcanchoosetoeitherAcceptorRejectthisrequest
• Revoke–YoucanRevokeanemployee’saccesstoyoucertify.sba.govaccountatanytimebyselectingRevokeintheActioncolumn
