• Profilactica: Esperar 12 hr colocar/retirar cateter: (Clase IIa, Nivel C).
• Terapeutica: Esperar 24 hr colocar cateter/retirar cateter: (Clase IIa, Nivel C).
• Reiniciar HBPM: A las 4 hrs (Clase IIa, Nivel C).

FONDAPARINUX
•Inhibe Factor Xa selectivamente.•Vida ½ eliminación 18-21 Hrs (Clase I, Nivel A)•Eliminación renal•NO usar cuando aclaramiento de creatinina <30ml/min•Retiro de catéter 36h post ultima dosis, y reiniciar en 12hrs •Se puede usar en HIT (Grado 2C)

realizar técnicas neuroaxiales
4. Retirar un cateter tiene igual o mayor riesgo que su
inserción.
5. Paraclínicos normales NO descartan alt. De Coagulación.
