1. Create a virtual disk or image

2. Install the virtual desktop agent and other plugins1. E.g. Online plugin, offline plugin, single sign-on plugin, etc.*

3. Configure/install desired application(s) in virtual disk or image1. Primary application installed*2. Helper apps may be installed, server hosted*3. Use a script or batch file to launch primary app and Citrix online plugin if needed

4. Copy the shortcut into the "Seamless Initial Program" folder1. C:\program files\Citrix\ICA Service\SeamlessInitialProgram2. Only one shortcut is allowed; helper apps will be launched when needed3. More than one shortcut returns error at launch time4. Create a shortcut to a batch file or script if multiple apps need to be launched
