OUR TEAM GOALWhat are your ideas on what our goal

should be?

• All meetings are online so we lose a lot of our abilities to recognize non-verbal communication.

• Jobs and life can get in the way and reduce our availability.

• Different time zones.• None of us know each other.

These were a few of my ideas on what some of our teams possible barriers and issues could be.

Please share your ideas!

(Remember, there are no wrong answers!)

BARRIERS AND ISSUES

GROUND RULES

What ground rules should we set for our team?

• Be as professional as possible• Treat one another with respect• Ask questions!• Ask for help!• Share your ideas and opinions openly (without fear of

rejection)• Communicate effectively

These are a few of my ideas of what I would like to have be part of our ground rules.

What ideas do you have?

If someone should break the ground rules and cause our team to fall behind what should be the penalty?

• We all know that by working as a team if one of us does not complete a task that they had been assigned to we all fall behind and it gives the rest of us more work to do.

• It could cost when it comes to our teams final assignment grade.• It could cost the individual who failed to follow the ground rules

to have a negative rapport with his/her team.• And could have a negative impact on the individuals peer

review.

What are your ideas?

PENALTIES

We need to begin working on our final assignment. When should we have our next meeting?
