Duration 1 month training, 8 months placement in organization

Time commitment Minimum of 40 hours per week

NGO or Private Company ( As our TDP Partners) who has innovation project that needs our Young Professionals to assist.

Criteria for Our TDP Partners?

• Creates or uses ICT tools for social good• Has clear and defined TOR for Young Professional• Ability to coach a Young Professional and invest in

his/her improvement• Commitment to share process and learning with the

community• Pay any relevant travel costs for Young Professionals• Assign an internal mentor to your Young Professional
