DAY 5 : Cleanliness Drive in Administrative offices and surrounding areas and

Weeding out old files & office equipment.

Swachhta Pakhwada at Regional & District Offices of BEML started off with the oath taking

ceremony. The Regional / District Managers of the ROs/ DOs administered the pledge to all the

Executives / Employees of their respective Offices.

March past was also Organised to spread awareness among the local communities of the office

areas. Cleaning activities were carried out in the premises surrounding the Regional & District

Offices. Old Office equipments / files etc were weeded out and segregated for disposal.
