L’idea… • Stime dettagliate disponibili solo per un insieme ristretto di edifici/unità

immobiliari • Obiettivo è una stima semplificata, che possa essere applicata a

grande scala, basandosi sui dati di base e disponibili pubblicamente – Footprints, heights, construction periods…

– Building construction typologies…

L’obiettivo… • Fornire strumenti di monitoraggio, stima e pianificazione per gli

amministratori pubblici relativi al consumo energetico di edifici

residenziali su scala cittadina.

In tutta Europa i certificati

energetici riguardano una

piccola fetta dello stock edilizio.

In Italia, nel 2014, solo il 6% delle

unità immobiliari aveva un APE

3,6 milioni di APE/ACE emessi a dicembre 2014 (http://www.cti2000.eu/rapporto-ce-2014/)
