We are a cultural, educational, and social relief organization made up of Muslims from diverse professional, ethnic, and national backgrounds.Today, the Order exists in almost every continent around the world.Truly representing the universality of Divine love and remembrance, the Halveti-Jerrahi Order of Dervishes remains a worldwide, cultural, educational and social relief organization that promotes the advancement of spiritual and religious knowledge, social justice and the sacred arts. Here in Chicago, the Order is a non-profit charitable organization, dedicated to providing humanitarian and social services to marginalized and vulnerable communities locally, nationally as well as internationally.Currently, The Jerrahi Order of Midwest holds weekly gatherings where attendees come to gain knowledge about Islam through participating in discourses and discussions, observing the art of Sufi music and poetry, and celebrating the praises of God through prayer and Zikrullah (Sufi remembrance ceremony).We gather together every last Saturday of the month at 6:30pm at the dergah in 3031 W.
