Student Life & Leadership
Welcome to Cal State Fullerton Day
Importance of Involvement
• Co-curricular experiences are an integral part of the collegiate experience.
• These experiences often challenge students to develop new ways of thinking.
• Students who are engaged in purposeful activities are: – Have a higher GPA in their first year – Have a higher probability of returning their
second year – Have a higher participation in culminating
experiences (Capstone Projects)
