To become a successful entrepreneur you have to some or all the following personality traits:

• Openness• Extraversion• Agreeableness• Conscientiousness• Neuroticism

Traits Explained• Openness – Imagination, insight and a broad range of

interests.• Extraversion - Excitability, sociability, talkativeness,

assertiveness and emotional expressiveness.• Agreeableness - Attributes such as trust, kindness and

affection.• Conscientiousness - Thoughtfulness, impulse control, goal-

directed and organized.• Neuroticism - Emotional instability, anxiety, moodiness,

irritability, and sadness.
