Suggested Revisions & Questions• How can the responsibility of supervision be spread

among several people?

– Should Instructional Technology Coaches be supervisors/mentors?

– Is it possible to supervise a SITI in an effective way since the Tech Duty Team is still defining the ITC job responsibilities?

– Is it possible to be an effective supervisor while we are still forming relationships with faculty members in our role as ITCs?

– Who will develop projects?– Who will be responsible for grading?– What will happen if the ITC is not available because

he/she is working with another teacher?– What will happen if the ITC is absent?– What will happen if the ITC flip-flops his/her planning

period with ITC duty to accommodate a certain schedule?

– How will the SITI stay in communication with the ITC?

Suggested Revisions & Questions• How many students would be a reasonable amount to

supervise during any one class period?

• How will we maintain the integrity of the SITI role with special education students with IEPs?

• Who monitor student attendance, especially during first period?

• How will the SITI work in collaboration with teachers, ITCs and students on “instructional” needs?
