Activate Your StratIS Account

Request an InviteOnly your property manager can grant you permission to use your phone as a credential. You will only have to supply an e-mail address for your property manager to send the invite to you.

Open your InviteYou will receive an e-mail from support@stratisems.com and read the instructions.If you do not receive the e-mail please check your spam folder. The e-mail will be similar to the one on the right.

You will have 24 hours to activate your account. This is for security reasons.Click the link on your browser or mobile device to be directed to the StratIS website to create an account.

Component Overview

Create Your AccountCreate a unique password and enter in your phone number and hit submit.

After your account has been successfully created, you will see this screen. You will use this account to login to the StratIS app. If your account is already active you will see “Your account is already active” in the text box instead.

Install the StratIS App

Open App Store or Google Play Store - Open the appropriate store for your phone.

Find the StratIS AppSearch the store for: stratisThe app will come up as: StratIS – Smart apartments make smart homes.

Google Play iOS

Install the App: The app is free so please tap “Get” to install it on your phone.

Login to the App

Find and Open the StratIS AppEnter your StatIS account credentials as you set them when creating your account and tap Log in You have the option of saving your password by checking the box “Remember My Login”

First Login

On the first login you will be asked to enter a security code. This code will be sent to the phone number you attached to your account. Please enter this code to activate the phone.

This code is valid for 24 hours and may only be used once.

If you have received a security code and have not used it in the last 24 hours you can select I have a Security Code and enter it in.

Enter in your security code and tap Log On.

After successfully entering a security code, you will be brought to the home page of the resident app.

Unlocking the DoorsFinding a Door

Tap the arrows on the screen to scan and connect to a lock.

If a lock is found and connected you will see a screen like this one.

Locking or Unlocking the Doors

Tap the lock icon. The icon will turn blue indicating the app is starting its communication with the lock.

As a result of starting the unlock process the lock will first start flashing red indicating it will soon unlock.

The door will start flashing green when it is read to be locked or unlocked. Once it starts flashing green simply turn the handle.
