RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Numbers may be restricted in all classes at the discretion of the organisers. Classes may be split or amalgamated if necessary. 2. Hard hats of the current British Standard (PAS015/EN1384) must be worn at all times while mounted.
Failure to comply will result in a fine of £10.
3. Points will be awarded to Strathendrick Riding Club members according to places achieved. The com-
petitor’s top three placings will count towards the Strathendrick Rose Bowl, which will be awarded at the
Club’s AGM to the highest scoring horse/rider combination
4. All trophies are perpetual and remain the property of Strathendrick Riding Club.
5. Trophy winners are responsible for the safe return of the trophy in time for the following year’s show.
6. Strathendrick Riding Club and any person helping the Riding Club will not be liable for any loss or dam-age to any person, animal or vehicle. 7. Everything reasonably practicable is done to ensure the health, safety and welfare of those attending the event. 8. Members of the public and competitors are equally responsible for ensuring that they do not put them-selves and/or other persons at risk, and that they co-operate with the organisers in complying with health and safety measures.
9. Any complaint should be made in writing and accompanied by a fee of £20 to the Show Secretary. The
fee will be returned if the complaint is upheld. Please note that judges decision is final and will not be over-ruled by SRC committee members 10. It is the responsibility of the competitors to present themselves at the rings at the correct time. It is inev-itable that some clashes will occur and competitors must be prepared to make a choice between classes if necessary. Classes will run at the judges discression. If the classes you have entered clash, you must make a decision as classes cannot be held back. 11. All dogs must be kept on leads. 12. Foul language and/or abuse of horses will not be tolerated and will result in immediate elimination. 13. No refunds will be given after Monday 1st September and on day of the show In addition switching of classes will not be permitted. 14. Horses must be ridden at walk outside designated practice areas. 15. Age of rider as on day of show. 16. All Horses and or Ponies in ridden classes MUST be 4 years old and over on the day of the show. 17. No horse/pony shall be allowed to enter more than 5 classes. 18. Handlers in lead rein classes must be over 16 years of age. 19. Under 18s should have an adult responsible for them on the show field at all times.
20. Competitors’ numbers to be collected from the secretary on the day, from the secretary’s desk.
21.There will be no switching or transfering of Classes on the day.

PHOTOGRAPHER In line with data protection and child protection procedures we are obliged to inform you that from time to time Strathendrick Riding Club use the services of reputable equestrian photographers. By entering any competition organised by Strathendrick Riding Club you agree to your photograph being taken and agree to your name, address and telephone details being passed to that photographer. The details of any attend-ing photographer may be obtained from the secretary prior to the event. VET There will be no vet or farrier on site.
