Victoria Police - VPS Grade 2 Administration Officer Intern

Minimum of 152 hours or 4 weeks full time
Commencing Dec 2019 – Feb 2020
Position Overview
Bayside Police Station
Undertake a range of administrative functions including the maintenance and management of various records and registers (manual and computerised) within a Region/Department/Command.
Prepare a wide range of routine correspondence, financial, personnel, statistical and other various types of transactions and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken when required.
Undertake courier and other distribution/transportation functions as required.
Undertake reporting and auditing processes
Project work when required.

Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Australian citizens only
Identify as having disability
Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
